Collection Notice: Audible Australia Mel Robbins Tour Competition
This Collection Notice explains how personal information is collected and handled in connection with the Audible Australia Mel Robbins Tour Competition (the Competition). This notice applies only to this campaign and does not replace or constitute the full privacy policy of the Promoter.

2. Purpose of Collection
We collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering the Competition, including:

enabling entry to the Competition;

verifying eligibility;

selecting and contacting winners;

delivering prizes;

administering the promotion; and

campaign reporting and analytics.
3. How Personal Information Is Collected
Personal information is collected when entrants participate in the Competition by:

commenting on the Competition post on the Instagram account with handle @audible_au or the Audible Facebook page, and

responding to direct messages or other communications requesting additional details required to award a prize.
We may collect personal information directly from the individual in the case of the winner, and we may also collect personal information of third parties from the winner when collecting information about the winner’s companion selected to attend the event with the winner. Entrants agree that they are authorised to provide us with any personal information that they provide to us about any third party for the purpose of supplying the prize.
4. Types of Personal Information Collected
Depending on participation in the Competition, we may collect:

social media handle or username;

postal address (for prize delivery where required);

entry content submitted as part of the Competition (comments on the competition entry post)
5. Disclosure of Personal Information
Personal information may be disclosed to:

Audible Australia Pty Ltd (“Audible”), the brand sponsoring the Competition;

prize suppliers or fulfilment providers involved in delivering prizes; and

contractors or service providers assisting with administration of the Competition.
Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes except as otherwise expressly noted in the Competition terms and conditions, and entrants will not be added to any mailing lists as part of this Competition.
Personal information collected as part of the Competition will not be disclosed overseas.
6. Data Storage and Security
Personal information collected for this Competition will be stored in a secure spreadsheet within Hello Social’s internal corporate systems and accessed only by authorised personnel involved in administering the Competition.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
7. Data Retention
Personal information collected for the Competition will generally be retained for up to 90 days after the completion of the Competition, unless a longer retention period is required to:

resolve disputes;

comply with legal obligations; or

finalise prize fulfilment or competition administration.
After this period, most personal information will be securely deleted or de-identified.
We may however continue to use content created at the Mel Robbins Tour event (which may include some personal information) in Hello Social’s and Audible’s marketing as set out in the Competition terms and conditions.
You have the right to seek access to the records of personal information that we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded.
If you wish to access the personal information that we hold about you, please set out your request in writing, and send it to us using the contact details set out at the beginning of this collection notice.
8. Failure to Provide Information
If required personal information is not provided, we may not be able to verify eligibility, contact the entrant, or award a prize. Personal information is required to be provided in order to enter the Competition.

Any complaint will be investigated, and the outcome of that investigation communicated to you within 30 days.
