AUDIBLE MEL ROBBINS TOUR COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition (the “Competition”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the individual entering the Competition (“Entrant”). The promoter of the Competition is Influmedia Pty Ltd Trading As Hello Social (ABN 15 154 664 052) of 16/285a Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010 (“Promoter”) with contact number (02) 8889 3930.
1. WHO CAN ENTER?
1.1 Entry is open to all individual residents of Australia who:
a) are over the age of 18 years at the time of entry; and
b) have an account on Instagram or Facebook.
1.2 Employees, directors, officers or contractors of the Promoter or Audible Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 89 624 383 811) (“Audible”) (and their immediate families) and agencies directly associated with this promotion and affiliates of the Promoter and Audible Australia Pty Ltd, as well as hosts / sponsors of the event are ineligible to enter the Competition. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stop-brother, step-sister, or first cousin.
2. HOW TO ENTER
2.1 The Competition commences on Monday 16 March 2026 at 3pm (AEDT) and concludes on Sunday 22 March at 11:59pm (AEDT) (the “Competition Period”).
2.2 In order to enter the Competition, the Entrant must:
a)Post a comment on the Competition entry post on Audible’s Instagram account with handle @audible_au or Facebook page with page name Audible, during the Competition Period answering the question: “Why you’d love to see Mel Robbins live in 20 words or less” AND
b) be following @audible_au on Instagram and / or the Audible Facebook page (being the platform on which the Entrant comments on the Competition entry post) at all times during the Competition from the date of entry until the ultimate Winner has been determined.
2.3 The entry must be:
a) the original, independent creation of the Entrant; and
b) free from any claims, including, but not limited to, copyright or, trademark claims by other parties.
2.4 Entries that are found to be derived from another person’s work will be considered invalid.
2.5 Intellectual Property subsisting in the entries remains the property of the Entrant. The Entrant grants the Promoter and Audible (regardless of whether they are declared to be the winner of the Competition) an irrevocable worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right to use, edit, adapt, and exploit the material in the entry, including by combining the material with other entries or materials and via sharing or natively posting the entry via the Promoter's or Audible’s social media channels.
2.6 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of the entries and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted in the Promoter’s absolute discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of such rights.
2.7 Entrants may undertake the entry method one (1) time (either on Facebook or Instagram) during the Competition Period. If the Entrant comments on the Competition entry post on Facebook and / or Instagram more than once, their first comment will be accepted as their entry and any subsequent comments will be disregarded.
2.8 Entrants may only enter the Competition using their own personal Instagram or Facebook account (as the case may be).
3. HOW TO WIN
3.1 All apparently valid entries completed and submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be judged by representatives of the Promoter no later than Monday, 23 March at 18:00pm (AEDT). The Promoter may record five (5) winners and five (5) runners ups (in order) during the judging process in the event any of the first chosen winners fail to claim the prize as required under these terms and conditions or is disqualified.
3.2 The pool of valid entries will be judged on creativity and apparent knowledge about the author, and the five (5) entries deemed by the judges to be the most creative and knowledgeable about the author will be awarded a prize. There will be five (5) winners who will each win a prize. For the avoidance of any doubt, no one winner can win more than one (1) of the five (5) available prizes.
3.3 The Competition is a game of skill. There is no element of chance in the judging of the Competition or determination of the winner.
3.4 The first five (5) chosen winners will be notified by Instagram or Facebook (depending on the platform they used to enter the Competition) private message or comment via the Audible Australia Instagram or Facebook account, no later than 24 March 2026 at 17:00pm (AEDT).
3.5 The winners will be required to reply to the Instagram or Facebook (as the case may be) private message from the Audible Australia Instagram or Facebook account, confirming their acceptance of the prize and providing any further information requested by the Promoter to verify that winner’s eligibility to win a prize reasonably, as requested by the Promoter, within 24 hours of receiving the Instagram or Facebook private message from Audible Australia Instagram or Facebook account.
3.6 If any of the first chosen winners do not respond to the message sent under clause 3.5 above with all information reasonably required to validly claim the prize within 24 hours of the winner notification message being sent, that winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and that prize shall be awarded to the next runner up in the Competition. The runner up will be notified within 24 hours of the original winner failing to validly claim the prize (if applicable) and will also have 24 hours from that time of notification to respond to the message with all information reasonably required to validly claim the prize. This process will be continued until five (5) winners in total respond to the message within the specified period with all information required to claim the prizes.
3.7 The judges’ decision (including any decisions as to prize distribution) is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the results. The Promoter will not be liable in any way to any winner who does not respond to the Promoter’s contact attempt and therefore forfeits their prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
3.8 The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of age and/or identity prior to awarding a prize. Identification considered suitable for the verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
3.9 The Promoter is not liable to any winner who fails to receive notification that they have won the prize due to messages being filtered into their requests or hidden messages. Entrants should regularly check their messages (including hidden messages and requests) during the relevant dates.
3.10 All entries that are incomplete or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified from the Competition.
3.11 The Promoter or Audible may publish the winning entries, the relevant winners’ first name and last name initial, and the state of residence on Audible’s website and on Audible’s social media accounts.
4. PRIZE
4.1 Five (5) valid winners will each receive the following prize, which will be delivered to them as follows:
a)2x General Admission Tickets to the Mel Robbins Let Them Tour 2026 on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, in Sydney Australia to be delivered via email to an email address provided by that relevant winner, which will be emailed by the Promoter or Audible within three (3) days of that winner validly claiming the prize.
4.2 The total prize value for each winner is $399.98 (including applicable GST). The total prize value is based upon the recommended retail price and is correct as of 11 March 2026. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value between 11 March 2026 and the redemption date.
4.3 Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses associated with redeeming the prize, including but not limited to, costs associated with attending the event and any spending money at the event, are the responsibility of the winner.
4.4 In participating in the Competition, Entrants agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition if they are declared to be a winner of the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed at the event. Each winner consents to the Promoter, Audible (and any of their agents, employees, contractors and service providers) using their name and such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any further compensation for such use.
4.5 The prize is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and must be taken as provided for the event date and time and ticket type specified. Each winner should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from receipt and use of a prize.
4.6 In the event that a part of any of the prizes are no longer available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that part of the prizes in its discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
4.7 The prizes are supplied by Audible.
5. LIABILITY
5.1 Any costs associated with entering this Competition or claiming any of the prizes (such as internet service charges, or travel costs associated with attending the Mel Robbins Let Them Tour on March 25 2026 in Sydney Australia) are the responsibility of the relevant Entrant.
5.3 The Promoter and Audible and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for any of the prizes not being received in time to attend the event due to emails being delayed, lost or misdirected in their transmission after they have been sent to the winner’s designated email address. It is the responsibility of each of the winners to provide the Promoter with accurate and valid details for supply of their prize.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory guarantee that cannot be excluded, modified, or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law (the “Non-excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Audible (including their officers, employees, and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, and any other loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or inconsequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including but not limited to in connection with:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
e) any tax liability incurred by a winner; or
f) taking/use of and/or participation in any of the prizes.
5.5 The Promoter, Audible, and their affiliates accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
5.6 If, for any reason, this Competition is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited, due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or for any other reason which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any legal action that may be available, or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to applicable law.
5.7 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, or that may impact on the Mel Robbins Let Them Tour 2026 proceeding which becomes apparent during the Competition Period, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition.
5.8 Each Entrant acknowledges that this competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Meta (or their affiliated entities).
5.9 Each Entrant releases Meta (and their affiliated entities) from any and all liability associated within this Competition to the maximum extent possible at law.
5.10 Each Entrant indemnifies the Promoter from any loss, liability, costs or expenses (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) arising out of:
a) that Entrant including material in their entries which infringes on any third party rights; and
b) that Entrant’s behaviour, or the behaviour of their guest, at the event, or in connection with the event, to the extent that the behaviour breaches the law or the ticket or entry terms and conditions.
6. PERSONAL INFORMATION
6.1 By participating in the Competition, Entrants consent to the use of their personal information as set out in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the Promoter’s Collection Notice for the Competition, which can be viewed via this link - https://www.audibleletthemtourgiveaway.com/collection-notice (“the Collection Notice”).
6.3 The Promoter may collect the Entrant’s personal information, and disclose the Entrant’s personal information to Audible and to other third parties, in order for the Promoter to conduct the Competition, and for Audible to award the prizes, as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to disclosing the Entrants’ personal information to the Promoter’s and Audible’s employees, agents, contractors, related entities, insurers, professional advisors, electronic direct mail providers, couriers, and to any parties involved in judging the Competition and awarding the prizes.
7. GENERAL
7.1 These Terms and Conditions, and the Competition, is governed under the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
7.2 If any term, provision or condition of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, that term, provision or conditions will be severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
